Sedi's story

Sedi is 44 years old, married, and has two children: 16-year-old and 11-year-old daughters. His daughters go to school. He wants his daughters to become an engineer and a doctor. His wife stays at home, so he is the only one earning an income.

Sedi is an IDP (Internally Displaced Person) from Fuzuli city. Now he lives in the Fuzuli region, which is close to the occupied border, with his wife and children.

He started his business eight years ago, driving a taxi. Now Sedi needs a 1,500 AZN (Azerbaijani New Manat) loan to buy a new engine for the car. He wants to use the money from his expanded business to help his family. In the future, Sedi wants to buy a new car; this will be more profitable for his business.
