A loan of $2,500 helped to pay for little chickens and forage for feeding them.

Gohar's story

Gohar lives with her mother and brother in Artashat town, and jointly with them, runs a farm. Their farm currently includes 15 chickens; they also cultivate barley and grow apricot, plum, apple and pear trees. The gathered harvest is sold locally, and this agricultural income is the only one for Gohar and her family.

Despite her young age (35 years), Gohar has 11 years of experience in the agricultural field, and she runs her farm with great love and pleasure. Having no financial means for expanding her agricultural business, Gohar has decided to apply to SEF International for the loan. With the loan's help, Gohar will be able to purchase little chickens and forage for feeding them. This will enable Gohar and her family to expand their farming business and gather more income, which is very important for sustaining the family.
