A loan of $175 helped to buy thread, laces, zippers, and buttons for making clothing.

Zubaida's story

Zubaida is a vigorous 46-year-old mother of four. For many years, she has been stitching clothes for the people of her community, and she uses her income to support her entire family. Due to insufficient funds, she is unable to meet the daily demands of her customers. For this reason, Zubaida has requested a loan of PHR 15,000 from the Kashf Foundation. She intends to use this loan amount to buy more spools of threads in different colors and packages of laces, zippers, and buttons. She hopes the loan will help her to increase her revenues so she can generate a healthier source of income. This will be her first loan, and she is thankful to Kashf for its tremendous support.
