Horn is a second-time borrower with VisionFund (Kiva’s parter). He has fully repaid back his original loan with success; it enabled him to support himself better than before. Now, he is applying for a new loan of 3,000,000 KHR to buy fertilizer, insecticide, and seed, and to pay for labor on his farmland. He hopes to earn more yields and make a better profit profit than he did last year so that he can keep supporting his family.
