Because of their increasing cost of living, T. wants to expand his wife's crop-growing business to support the family’s expenses sufficiently. Therefore, T. is asking for a loan to purchase a plot of farmland to expand his crops, and to purchase fertilizer. The loan will allow him to increase his family’s income.
