A loan of $2,525 helped a member to buy products for her store.

Empresarios Exitosos Group's story

Victoria is a member of the communal bank "Empresarios Exitosos". She is 47 and has two children, one at the university and one in school. In order to help her husband she decided to open a store using a space in her home. At first she had only a few products but little by little her investment began to grow and now she has one of the best stores in the town. She sells a variety of products such as sodas, sweets, fruit and groceries.

Victoria works every day of the week and her children help sometimes, even though she wants them to focus on their education. She will use the loan she receives to continue stocking her store with more products. The aim is to improve her business and increase her income.

Victoria is touched knowing that people around the world are helping with her business. She is shown in the photograph second from the left in a turquoise top and gray vest.
