Thanks to her effort and her desire to get ahead, she has a business activity, which is a store located in her home. It is a small store where she sells food products in small quantities. She sells packets of coffee, packets of shampoo, rice, beans, sugar, milk, and bread. She works some 12 hours a day selling her products.

The objective of the loan is to invest in working capital and to stock her business of buying and selling food products. She will do this in order to be able to get better income in the not so distant future.

Fatima Petrona de 52 años de edad, soltero con hijos mayores de edad. Es originaria de León, lugar que está ubicado en la zona de occidente del país. Fátima es una mujer trabajadora, responsable de buenas costumbres con ganas de superación personal. En sus ratos libre le gusta disfrutar de su tiempo libre para pasar en compañia de su familia.
Gracias a su esfuerzo y sus ganas de salir adelante tiene por actividad económica una pulpería ubicada en su casa de habitación, una pulpería es una pequeña tienda que vende productos comestibles en cantidades pequeñas, como sobre de café, sobre de shampoo, arroz, frijoles, azúcar, leche, pan. Ella dedica a su negocio unas 12 horas diarias ofreciendo sus productos. El objetivo del crédito es invertir en capital de trabajo y surtir su negocio en la compra y venta de productos comestible, para que en un futuro no muy lejano pueda obtener mejores ingresos. Fátima Petrona agradece la ayuda que los inversionistas kiva le brindan a personas de escasos recursos y países pobre como es Nicaragua.
