Faith's story

Faith is a 46-year-old married woman. She has two children, 15 years old and 21 years old. She describes herself to be patient. She operates a cereals store where she sells rice, beans and maize. Her business is located in an area with many customers and her primary customers are locals.

She describes her biggest business challenge to be lack of funds. She will use the Kes 50,000 loan to add stock of rice, beans and maize. Her business goal is to expand the business within five years. She hopes that in the future, she will be the best in the market. This is her second loan with SMEP DTM.
