A loan of $750 helped to pay for spare parts and maintenance of the Jeepney unit.

Titus's story

This is Titus. He previously accessed a 16,000 PHP (Philippines pesos) loan that he used to buy spare parts and accessories and pay for the maintenance of their Jeepney unit. His earnings were a big help for the education of his children and in his personal, household and business expenditures.

He would like to apply for a new 30,000 PHP loan to buy spare parts and pay for the maintenance of the Jeepney unit. His profits from his business will definitely help him to sustain their daily needs and the educational expenses of his children. He looks forward to this financial increase with gladness and thankfulness in his heart.

Titus hopes to buy another Jeepney and dreams that his children will finish their studies. He meets up with his co-fellowship* members to share stories of his life and business every week, and this is where he can also draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God he studies.

* All CCT community partners/clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and pay microfinance loans.
