A loan of $525 helped a member to buy pesticides, fertilizer and seeds for her farmland.

Seth's Group's story

Living in a rural village of the Phnom Proek district of Battambang province, Seth is a 43-year-old mother of three children. One of them is still dependent on her and in school. She earns a living through growing cassava and corn as main sources of the family’s income. They have been in this business for almost six years, earning about 38,000 KHR per day.

Seth is leading her group of two to ask for a loan with VisionFund. She is a first-cycle client. She is going to use her portion to buy pesticides, fertilizer and seeds for her farmland. She hopes to grow more healthy crops and earn more income to make a living better.
