A loan of $375 helped to buy supplies to build furniture.

Jose Luis's story

José, 40, is single living in a suburban neighborhood in San Pedro Sula. José used to work in a carpentry shop wherein he acquired much experience manufacturing wood furniture items like chairs, tables, china cabinet, armoires, etc. A year ago he set up his business at home where he manufactures furniture to sell. He has his own established clientele.

He’s decided to request a 7,000 Lempira loan to buy supplies like wood, glue, screws, paint, etc. to manufacture furniture. His objective is to become a furniture maker and earn higher income.
