A loan of $800 helped to buy slugs, banded croaker fish, shrimps, crabs, etc. for his business.

Nerys Abraham's story

Nerys is a very perseverant and responsible person who lives with his 3 children in a town in the South of Honduras. He has sold seafood for 20 years. Nerys runs his business from his home and distributes his produce to dealers who redistribute it to various places throughout the region. He needs the loan to buy more produce such as slugs, banded croaker fish, shrimps, crabs, etc. to meet customer demand. Her hopes the loan will be very useful for him as he does not have sufficient supplies to meet his customers' daily orders. Nerys hopes to increase his sales and boost his household income so as to improve his family's lifestyle. He hopes to expand his business by buying more produce and to make himself the final distributor. This will enable him to continue to support his children, who are still at school, and to see them grow into good people with better life chances in the future.
