Fortunata's story

Fortunata was born in the city of Pilcopata and still lives there. The city of Pilcopata is located in the District of Kosñipata, which is in Paucartambo Province in the Department of Cusco, Peru.

Fortunata is 35 years old, in a common-law relationship, and has five children. Her main business activity is selling vegetables, food products, and meats. She has a vending stall at one of the main markets in the city of Pilcopata where she offers her products such as chicken, rice, sugar, onions, carrots, potatoes, sugar, and many other items. Fortunata has been in this business for several years and is doing very well thanks to the effort she puts forth in her work. She is an enterprising and hardworking individual who is a member of the Communal Bank “Paititi”.

Fortunata is taking this opportunity to request a loan so that she can buy merchandise, such as sacks of rice and sacks of sugar in bulk, at a much lower cost.
