A loan of $500 helped to pay for medical consultations and for medicine.

Maritza Del Carmen's story

Maritza del Carmen is a 39-year-old, single mother of two minor children who are school-age. Despite being a single mother she’s tried to give her children the best; she’s striven to move them forward instilling them with good values and education.

She works as an administrator in an institution in the same town, a profession that’s made it possible for her to improve her home’s conditions where today she’s able to provide better living conditions for her family. She dreams with seeing her two children prepared so that they can fend for themselves in life in future.

At present, she’s asking Ceprodel for a loan to improve her health since she’s been feeling poorly and she plans to use it to pay for medical consultations and to buy medicine since health is life’s main wealth in order to work well and so that her children will have her for long years to come with God’s help.

She feels very grateful to Kiva and Ceprodel for the support they have provided her with during these years and for the loans they’ve financed that have helped her improve her standard of living.
