A loan helped to buy farm inputs like fertilizers, other products, manure, and diesel.

Daba's story

Daba sells breakfast for a living. She is 42 years old and has been selling coffee and bread for ten years. But with the economy, Daba would like to do something else in parallel to this business--namely, market gardening.

Thus, she is asking for this loan to buy farm inputs, fertilizers, other products, manure, and diesel in order to start cultivating her fields. She starts her day at 7 a.m. and finishes at 1 p.m. At night she goes to the fields to cultivate them.

Daba helps her husband with the everyday expenses and in the future she would like to increase her earnings to buy a transport vehicle.
