Pamela is 23 years old, married with one child, a seven year old boy. Pamela works selling new clothing in her store that is located in a central area of the city of El Alto. This is her second loan sequence with the institution.

Pamela is going to use this loan to buy wholesale clothing for the changing season and thus to stock up on new merchandise to stock her store.

Pamela faces challenges in her business which are the location of her store even though it is in a central part of El Alto it is dangerous at the same time as there are many bars in the vicinity, and besides that there is a lot of competition in the area so she needs to constantly renew merchandise. She is going to use the loan proceeds to buy more merchandise to supply her store and for savings to be able to open another store as this is her dream so she can expand and grow with her business, also expanding to the city of La Paz.
