A loan of $525 helped to purchase fertilizers, manure, and fumigation bombs for her coffee crops.

Franci Noemi's story

Franci is a 21 year old single mother who has a lot of strength, energy, and many goals and dreams. She works taking care of her household and growing coffee. Her father, who planted and harvested coffee all of his life, gave her a property which is located about 12 kilometers from her home. She travels there in a car every day. This has allowed her to work and generate income to support herself and pay for the necessities for herself and her son. She lives with her parents, who taught her to be an honorable and hardworking person since for them the values their parents taught them were important in succeeding in life. Franci finished primary school, but could not finish studying due to a lack of financial resources.

Currently she is requesting help to purchase fertilizer, manure, and fumigation bombs, which will help her keep her crops healthy and free of any plagues or diseases that could destroy them, such as rust.

Her goal is to have a good harvest which will allow her to generate income so that she can achieve her dream, which is to start a small business which sells ground coffee, so that they can consume the same coffee that comes from their crops. Her dreams are to save money to support her son in his studies so that he can graduate from university and achieve his goals and dreams like she is.
