Yousaf's story

Mr. Yousaf is a 32-year old man. He lives in Lahore, Pakistan with his family. He has been selling embroidered clothes in the market, which is the only source of income for the family. He is a father of two children.

He is interested in purchasing a variety of different colored threads and machinery parts for the embroidery machine in his shop. For that reason he has requested a loan in the amount of 120,000 PKR from Kiva's partner BRAC Pakistan. He hopes that one day he will able to increase his capital so that he can start a small embroidery firm in his town.

He wants to save a good amount for the better future of his children. He is very thankful to Kiva and BRAC Pakistan.
