Milvia's story

Milvia is 31 years old. She is married to Wilson, who works as a civil constructor. Together they have 3 children. They live in their own house, which they acquired a short time ago.
Milvia sells snacks such as cereals, cookies, bubble gum, sweets and chocolates. She also complements her sales with cool drinks from different brands and flavors. She has set up her business in the front side of her house, where ever day she places a display cabinet with the products she offers to her customers. She keeps the cool drinks in a fridge inside her house.
Milvia started her business five years ago and manages it on her own. She says she decided to start this activity due to her wish to have a business of her own that generated income to help her partner with the household expenses.
She is asking for 1800 nuevos soles. She is grateful and happy to have the financial support she needs to progress with her business. She will invest the money in the gradual purchase of drinks and different snacks such as cookies, sweets, cereals and chocolates so she can keep working.
