Massa's story

Massa is 33 years old and lives in Kakata, the capital city of Margibi County, which has the highest production of rubber plantation in Liberia. Massa is living together with her fiancée and twelve-year-old child who is in school. She is a high school graduate, and for four years now she has been selling palm oil, rice, pepper, etc. in the local market.

She started this business with small goods from her friends as sell-pay (to take the goods on credit, sell the goods, pay the principle and have the profit) and she learned this trade from her friends. She is requesting a loan to purchase more palm oil, rice, pepper, etc. for her business. She plans to build up her child's future by educating him.
