A loan of $750 helped to increase stock levels.

Innocent's story

This is 32-year-old Innocent from Harare. He is married with two children, one attending school. He also cares for one dependent. Innocent runs a grocery shop. The business has been in operation for 12 years. He says the main challenge faced is competition from well-stocked big grocery shops.

Innocent has requested a loan of $750 to increase the stock levels of his shop. He says the extra income generated as a result of this loan will allow him to finish building a house for his family. In the future Innocent plans to open a wholesale shop.
