Kurmanbubu is the leader of the Nurdoolot group. She is 59 years old. Kurmanbubu works as a cleaner in a local school and, as an additional source of income for her family, is engaged in raising livestock and agriculture, starting with a sum of 8,000 som (KGS) in 1993. Through hard work, her farm today has 1.8 hectares of land sown with grain crops, and 25 heads of small livestock.

In order to further develop her business, Kurmanbubu turned to the microfinance bank Bai-Tushum and Partners for a loan of 50,000 som (KGS), with the purpose of buying livestock for fattening and resale.

Kurmanbubu plans to invest income from the loan to further developing her business and this year plans to install electric heating in her home.

Курманбубу – лидер группы «Нурдоолот», ей 59 лет. Курманбубу работает уборщицей в местной школе и в качестве дополнительного дохода для своей семьи, занимается животноводством и полеводством, начав с суммы (KGS) 8,000 сом в 1993 году. Благодаря упорному труду, в ее хозяйстве на сегодняшний день имеется 1,8 га земли с посевом зерновых культур, 25 головы мелкого рогатого скота. В целях дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса, Курманбубу обратилась в Микрофинансовый банк «Бай –Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 50,000 сом (KGS) , целью которого является покупка мелкого скота на откорм и перепродажу. Доходы от кредита Курманбубу планирует вложить в дальнейшее развитие своего бизнеса, а в этом году планирует провести электрическое отопление в дом.
