Mujeres Trabajadoras Group's story

The “Mujeres Trabajadores” [Hard-working Women] Group is in its sixth loan cycle with the program. The members are putting in all of themselves in order to improve their lives and the lives of their families. Each one of the members desires a better future for her family. One of the members is Nilda. By selling all types of clothing, she is getting ahead and has the means necessary to be able to continue helping her family and meeting their everyday needs. She is very hard-working, and dreams of being able to continue growing and being a successful small business owner one day. Nilda is requesting this loan to purchase new and used clothing as well as used shoes to sell. This will help her to realize her business plan and increase her income.
