Victoria was born in the community of Buena Vista but now lives in Mika. (Mika is in the Colquepata district, which is in the province of Paucartambo, in the department of Cusco, Peru). Victoria is 41 years old, married and has six children.

Victoria is an enterprising and hardworking woman who makes a living in agriculture. She has cattle, sells artisan products and vegetables, and raises young animals (such as hens, guinea pigs and pigs). On Saturdays, Victoria takes her animals to one of Cusco's markets and the rest of the week she sells food as a street vendor in Mika. Victoria also has various plots of land where she grows potatoes, barley, corn and other products.

Victoria was invited to participate in the "Intipakareq" communal bank by her neighbours because she is a happy and responsible person. On this occasion Victoria is applying for a loan to buy manure, seeds and fertliser. She thanks everybody for the loan and promises to make her repayments on time.

Victoria nació en la comunidad de Buena Vista pero vive en la comunidad de Mika. (La comunidad de Mika está localizada en el distrito de Colquepata dentro de la provincia de Paucartambo del departamento del Cusco, Perú). Ella tiene 41 años de edad, es casada y tiene seis hijos.

Victoria es una mujer emprendedora y trabajadora que se dedica a la agricultura, ganadería, artesanía, venta de verduras y frutas y crianza de animales menores (Gallinas, Cuyes y Chanchos), ella lleva a vender sus animales los días sábados a uno de los mercados de la ciudad del Cusco y los demás días en la comunidad de Mika vende comida de forma ambulatoria, ella tiene también varios terrenos de cultivos donde siembra papa, cebada, maíz y otras cosas.

Un grupo de vecinas le invitaron a participar del banco comunal “Intipakareq” porque es una persona responsable y alegre. En esta oportunidad requiere el préstamo para comprar abono, semillas y fertilizantes. Agradece a todas las personas por el préstamo pues se compromete a pagar puntual sus cuotas.
