Agnes is a married woman with six children, all of whom attend school. She owns a house that neither has electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expense is food for the family.
For the past five years, she has operated a firewood and charcoal selling business. She sells from home to her neighbors and passers-by. Her major challenge in the business is the high cost of transportation.
With this requested loan she wants to diversify into transport and purchase a motorcycle for the business. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
