Mwanamisi's story

Mwanamisi is a married woman and has been blessed with three, school-going children. She owns a house that has neither electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expenses are food and school fees.

Mwanamisi is coming to Yehu Microfinance for her first loan, in the amount of KES 15,000. She will use the loan to start a meat goat business. With the loan she wants to purchase goats, for rearing and reselling at a price to butcher operators. She dreams of expanding her business and earning more profits in the future.
