Haggai Venture Group's story

Greetings from Zimbabwe! This is 46-year-old Netsayi, a member of Haggai Venture Group, from Gokwe. She is single, with one child. She also cares for three dependents.

Netsayi runs a food business where she produces peanut butter. The business has been in operation for four years. She says the main challenges faced are lack of machinery and capital to buy more groundnuts, to increase her production levels.

Netsayi wants to diversify her business and go into poultry. She has requested a loan of USD 400 to construct cages and to buy chicks. She says the extra income generated as a result of this loan will allow her develop her stand and improve the standard of life.

In the future, Netsayi plans to have a fowl run with a capacity of 1,000 chicks and to have a truck for deliveries.
