A loan of $1,675 helped to purchase livestock.

Anarkan's story

Anarkan is the leader of the group "Bek Bol". She is 46, and has two children. Anarkan is an active woman; she works as a salesperson in a store, and she also raises livestock and farms. She started the latter business with 5000 soms (KGS). Thanks to her hard work, she now has a one dairy cow with a calf, 10 head of sheep, and 3 hectares of land planted in beans, potatoes, and perennial grasses.

With the goal of expanding her business, Anarkan has turned to Bai Tushum & Partners for a loan in the amount of 80,000 soms (KGS) to buy livestock to obtain income from selling milk. Anarkan plans to invest the proceeds obtained from the loan into further enlarging her livestock herd, and in the future, her family would like to get a car.
