Faustina is married and has five children. Although she has received no formal education, she is an entrepreneur. She specializes in selling provisions in Assiekie (near Takoradi) and has been involved in this enterprise for three years.
Faustina’s husband works as a contractor. The proceeds from her business normally go toward helping her husband cover the family’s general expenses and pay their children’s school fees.
Faustina wants to use her loan to increase her current inventory levels, allowing her to sell greater quantities of provisions. In the long term, Faustina plans to reinvest future profits into her business to expand and meet the needs of rising customer demands.
