Ilyas Masih's story

Mr. Ilyas Masih is a 31-year-old man. He lives in Lahore, Pakistan. He has been running a motorbike repair shop in a local market. He has three years of excellent experience in this work. He is the elder son of his parents and he has to shoulder all the expenses and responsibilities of his family alone. This shop is the only source of income for his family. He is a married man and has 1 child. He has to look after his parents, siblings, and his wife and child alone. He is a very hardworking and responsible person.

Presently he has requested a loan for the amount of 100,000 PKR from Kiva's partner BRAC Pakistan to buy motor bike spare parts such as brake shoes, tyre tubes, clutches, brake levers, foot rests, wheels etc. This will help him to grow his business and net savings for the future.
