A loan of $475 helped to purchase clothing such as polo shirts, trousers, blouses, etc.

Priscila's story

27-year-old Priscila is a kind, very good woman. She's been married to Mauro for the past 8 years and she lives in her in-law's house. There she set up a small space where she lives with her two children. Priscila sells garments of various genders, designs, sizes and colors. She buys her merchandise on a regular basis and then sells it among her friends, neighbors, relatives and other acquaintances under a credit system. She collects payments on a daily, weekly or biweekly basis, depending on the agreement she reached with the customers. She very much enjoys selling clothing because it allows her to meet new customers and get an income of her own. She has realized that the profits are very good and that's why she wishes to establish a small clothing store someday. On this occasion she'll request 1200 soles. She's very thankful for the opportunity to get this loan and for the financial support that she needs to get ahead. With the requested amount she'll purchase a batch of garments comprised of polo shirts, jeans, trousers, blouses, shirts and shorts in order to sell them to her customers.
