A loan of $275 helped to make repairs to his business and purchase razors, hair cutting machines, and furniture.

Renato's story

Renato owns a barber shop that he operates out of his home. He has had this business for 10 years, offering services such as haircuts for children, young people, and adults every day. Renato likes to keep up to date with fashion changes with haircuts and professional teams. He is requesting a loan of 10,600 pesos to make repairs to his business and purchase some equipment and furniture so that he can provide a better service to his customers.

Renato lives with his wife and their four children who are 2, 4, 6, and 9 years old. They live in the south of the country in a town called Haina. Renato has many years of experience and he likes what he does. He says, "I am a stylist with many years of experience and this is a job that allows me to be close to my family." Renato is sure that this loan will be a big help in growing his business since in the future he wants to have a larger shop that employs other stylists to work with him. It will also be a great help in improving his family's quality of life.
