A loan of $600 helped to buy corn seeds, fertliser and a calf to feed with the leftovers from the last harvest.

Teresa De Jesús's story

Teresa is 71 years old. She has a partner and three children, but they are now independent adults. Currently living with her are her partner and one 18-year-old grandson. Teresa makes a living doing agriculture work, which gives her food to eat and a product to sell.

She is applying for a loan from "Fundación Campo" to buy corn seeds, fertliser and a calf to feed with the leftovers from the last harvest. Teresa tells us that she will continue to work to support her family as long as she lives.
