Anita's story

46-year-old Anita is married and lives in her own home together with her husband, parents and two children who are studying at university so that they can create a better future for themselves. Anita's business is running an Internet cafe. Her business is located in a specially-adapted space in her home where she has 6 computers and a very good customer base thanks to the area in which her home is located. Anita has been running her business for 8 years and has become very well known over this time. She has the support of an assistant in her business who she pays to work afternoons. In the mornings she has her daughter's help.

What Anita enjoys about her work is that it allows her to make constant income for her family and pay for her children's university studies. Thankfully, her business is very popular. Owing to the fact that she doesn't have enough computers during peak hours when her business fills up with users, she would like to increase the number of computers she has and improve her connection. On this occasion, she is requesting a loan for 1,500 soles so that she can buy keyboards, mice, Internet cables and other computer accessories.
