A loan of $525 helped to purchase more flour and sugar to prepare her doughnuts for resale.

Georgina's story

After completing primary school, Georgina decided to set up her own doughnut business in Mpohor (near ATakoradi). With some years of experience, she is currently looking to expand her enterprise further. Unfortunately, she is limited due to a lack of funding. This loan will be used to help her purchase more flour and sugar to prepare her doughnuts for resale. She aims to use the profits from her business to help support her husband (who is a driver) with the upkeep of their house while ensuring that their four children are able to experience a better life.
