A loan of $775 helped to buy clothes to sell, such as t-shirts, pants and blouses.

Eliana's story

Eliana, 53, is married and lives with her husband and daughter in a house they own. Eliana sells clothes for women, men and children. She offers different designs, sizes and colors. Her merchandise is sent from another city every once in a while, by an intermediary. When she has received enough, she sells them as a street vendor, to relatives and friends.

Eliana has had this business for ten years and works alone. She likes her job because it gives her the peace of mind and economic stability that she needs. Now, seeing the results, she wants to continue with this activity and follow the path to success. This time, she is requesting 2000 soles [PEN] to buy garments to sell during the summer season, such as t-shirts, pants, blouses and shirts. She feels happy knowing that she has financial support, which makes her feel confident about the future of her business.
