Mary is 48 years old and lives in Margibi county, which is the largest rubber-producing plantation in Liberia, with her husband and children. Only five of her children are in school and live at home. Her children are between 18 and 28 years old. For ten years now, she has been involved with business in the market. She was taught how to sell by her mother, and she enjoys business because it makes people independent. It has been two years now since she stated selling used clothes. She makes more profit, and her business makes her popular. She is asking for a loan to buy more used clothes for her business. Her plan is to increase her sales even more.
