Sardadevi Dhanuk's story

Shardadevi is a 30-year-old married women with two sons and two daughters. The family lives in a small village called Kattiparsa of Kalaiya Municipality of Bara district of Nepal. She has a small grocery shop in her own home where she sells different types of products like rice, pulse and sugar. She is successful in her entrepreneurial venture. As a result of the success of her business, she feels it is time to expand the shop and offer a wider range of products to the customer. She has recently taken out a loan 60,000.00 NPR to carry out this expansion. Being one of a few women in business in the locality has earned her respect in the community. She reaches out to fellow women for mentoring who are interested in starting a business. Her plan for the future is to excel in the business and to provide quality education to her children
