A loan of $325 helped to buy daily consumer products.

Leonel Enrique's story

Leonel, 27, is a native of the city of Granada. He's the father of three children. A retailer by trade, he owns a general store and rents video games. His wife helps him with the store and he makes the purchases to stock the business. He also has a business renting video games as well as other forms of income to help with the household expenses and his children's school.

His dream is to give his children a good house; this is one of his projects. He has had the store for three years. A year ago he started the rental business, which generates a good income for him.

He's requesting the loan to buy two television sets, basic staples, oil, soda, canned goods, oatmeal, toilet paper, and cleaning products, all daily consumer products that his customers constantly need.

Little by little he wants to convert his store into a convenience store and improve conditions for his business and his family.
