A loan of $500 helped to purchase products (corn, vegetables, chicken, etc) to make tamales.

Maria De Los Angeles's story

Doña Maria, 54 years old, has been making tamales for 19 years in her place of residence. She is a woman who is responsible in her home and hardworking. She lives in her own house with her husband and children.

She is requesting a loan so that she can purchase all she needs to make tamales, such as banana leaves used to wrap them, as seen in the photograph, vegetables, chicken, and corn among other things, and continue selling them because she has many customers. Thus, she will be able to earn more to pay for household expenses and continue, with her husband’s help, to give the best to her family.
