A loan of $1,025 helped to buy beef and pork.

Maritza Del Carmen's story

Maritza del Carmen lives in the city of Managua, has two children who are of school age, and works selling beef and pork at a market in the capital.

Maritza is requesting a loan to invest in the purchase of beef and pork to offer to her customers so she can improve her earnings and help her family, since hers is the only household income they have.

Maritza says that she is very grateful to Creprodel and Kiva, as at first her mother (may she rest in peace) worked in the business, starting out with loans. Then later, she kept working with financing, proving to have an excellent record of repayment and managing to maintain her business.
