Luz Elena's story

Luz Elena is characterized as being a fighting and hard working woman. She was born in the countryside and live there until she was 17 years old when she moved to the city of Medellin. In search of better opportunities for life, Luz learned the trade of tailoring and has been dedicated to this activity since the death of her husband with the goal of guaranteeing a dignified home and a good education for her son.

Currently she is requesting a loan that will be invested in the purchase of an overlock sewing machine and resources (thread) with the aim to complete the requested production for a company in the city.

She wishes to expand her income and improve the quality of life of her family.
