A loan of $775 helped to buy cosmetics and beauty products.

Norma's story

Norma, 67, is a widow and has three adult children who have their own families. She has a very big heart as is caring for an 11-year-old boy whose family abandoned him. She lives in her own home with her mother and the child in her care.

Norma's work consists mainly of selling beauty products by catalogue. She sells different articles, such as talcum powder, body lotions, perfumes, etc., and has been in business for over 20 years. She is sued to working alone because she has her own routine and methods to facilitate her job, making it quicker. Sometimes she even works as a seamstress.

What she enjoys most about her work is that she can schedule her own time and have the ease of doing her house work and taking care of the members of her family. Everything is going well for her, and she has a good income, thanks to her efforts in selling products to responsible people who can pay on time.

On this occasion, she is requesting a loan of 2,000 PEN and is grateful to everyone for helping her continue toward her goal. She will use the loan to buy cosmetics and beauty products to have on hand to offer to her customers.
