El encargado de este grupo es el señor Ricardo quien tiene 29 años de edad y se dedica a la siembra de rosas, el vive en caserío Santa Fe Ocaña un lugar donde la naturaleza es hermosa. El tiene 9 años de iniciar su propio negocio y ya cuenta con varias plantaciones de rosas la cual está muy agradecido con sus padres por sus enseñanzas y así poder ser un hombre de bien. El necesita comprar muchos insecticida, líquidos para matar las plagas de la siembra, también necesita abonar las rosas y debe comprar quintales de ellos, el dinero que tiene no le alcanza por tal motivo hace una solicitud de crédito para poder sacar adelante la cosecha con lo que necesita. Desea ser un gran empresario como su padre la cual el admira mucho.
