Nelly is married and has one daughter, who's in her second year of university study. Nelly is hardworking and active, and she has worked for a financial institution as a janitor for six years.
She has lived in a housing development for seven years. Her biggest desire is to make some improvements to her house and be able to have better living conditions there.
She also wants to continue supporting her daughter in the university so she finishes her studies. This is why she's requesting a loan to pay her daughter's university expenses so she doesn't have any problem making progress in her academic preparation.
