Rashid's story

Rashid has been operating a retail shop business, selling household consumables like wheat flour, rice and cooking oil. He is happy for the opportunity Yehu and Kiva lenders have given him.

Rashid is requesting another Kiva loan of KES 50,000. He will use it to boost his kiosk, by purchasing bundles of wheat flour, maize flour, tea leaves, and cooking oil. He dreams of expanding to a wholesale shop, in the near future.
