Rufino is a 64-year-old, hardworking, married man living in Masindi, Uganda. He has 10 children. The responsibility of looking after the family rests on him, alone, and his dream is to educate his children to attain degrees, as a minimum qualification.
He is a farmer but also does fishing in order to raise money for the family. He has challenges of price fluctuation and high license fees by the Fisheries Ministry. Rufino intends to use the loan to pay workers and to buy seeds for planting.
