A loan of $800 helped to buy spare parts for motorcycles and mototaxis.

Adriel's story

Adriel, age 65, is a cheerful and responsible gentleman. He is married and has seven children. Adriel lives with his siblings in a house that he inherited from his parents. Since his children are adults who live independently, his immediate family only consists of himself and his wife.

Adriel provides tire repair services for smaller vehicles, such as motorcycles and mototaxis. He has a repair shop set up in his home, but he also operates a store where he sells spare parts. Adriel sells different vehicle parts such as headlights, gaskets, tires, rings, and mirrors. The types of jobs that he performs include engine tune-ups, gasket replacement, oil changes, tire patches, and other services. He has been in this line of work for 22 years and it enabled him to provide everything his children needed while they were growing up. Adriel works with two of his sons who help with some of the jobs. This allows him to complete the work in a timely fashion.

Adriel enjoys his job because he can work comfortably from home. He also gets to be around his children. Adriel is taking this opportunity to request 2,000 PEN. He is pleased with the financial support that has been given to him and is confident that he can advance in his work. Adriel promises to be punctual with his payments.

The amount he requested will be used to buy spare parts such as headlights, tires, and gaskets that he can sell and use in making vehicle repairs.
