A loan of $1,200 helped to buy a motorcycle to get to work every day.

Miguel Geovany's story

Miguel is 24. His family includes his wife and a baby on the way. Miguel has worked at a store in the city centre for three years. On top of this, in his free time he works on his home and helps his wife with the housework. The family has few resources in their day-to-day living. He is a very well-known person in the area and has a good relationship with the neighbours. He is a very peaceful person who is respectful to others.
He has to walk 4 kilometers from his home to the city every day in order to go to work. The difficulty is that there are times where there is no transportation available to get him and his wife to work. For this reason, he plans to buy a motorcycle to make it easier to get around.
This loan that he is requesting from Fundación Campo is for the purchase of a motorcycle to facilitate his daily work commute. Now that the weather is getting nicer, his boss is very strict about punctuality. This has caused problems, but with the purchase of a motorcycle this problem will be resolved. It will also be a method of transportation in case there is any emergency at any time, because they live very far from the city. Since this is his first loan, he wants to do well so that he can request a new loan in the future for whatever necessity may present itself. He thinks that working with Fundacion Campo is a good decision.
