Rosa has sold candy and orange juice for five years. She began making breakfasts, which she has stopped selling for the moment, for health reasons.

Nevertheless, every day Rosa goes out and sells from five in the morning until 1 in the afternoon on the main street near her home. The loans that Rosa has requested are for the purpose of building rooms in her home so that she can rent them out. Her husband is a bricklayer and he has been put in charge of the construction. She would like to have a soda fountain in the market where she could offer all types of juices.

Translated from Spanish by Kate Divjak, Kiva Volunteer.
